Y'all just concerning about the fl getting depressed. It's not even the ml's entire fault but that father is. Her trying to kill herself starts when someone tried to kill her in the street, and whose fault is that? It's the father obviously, most people in her world loathes her for being that man's daughter so you guys should stop invalidating the ml's feelings. Both are the victims here.

@Rizz the father didn't put a gun to ML's head and told him "abuse my daughter or I'll kill you". He did it all on his own, after he was already in power and no one could stop or dictate his moves. He stopped being a victim the moment he became an abuser.
@and then they fuc*** Dude what the ml did was a traumatic response, that's the sole reason for this story, he got mentally and physically abused by the hands of her father so what do you think the ml do? Just sit and accept all the abused he got and watch those people around him getting abused the same way he experienced? What he did is to rebel for the sake of the nation causing the fl suffer in depression as her parents die, and worsen when she learn the whole truth...                                   If we're going to sum up your pov in this story, I would say your terrible in comprehending such situation, have a toxic mindset in the group who invalidates the other person's feeling ("He stopped being a victim the moment he became an abuser." is one of the proof of that), quick to side the person who tells the story first/or to a close person. Dude if you were to become a judge, many innocent people be living prison rn much worse if it got death penalty, if you were to be in politics with a high rank I could say people in your country be living in he** as you had a mindset of normalizing abusing someone as he had low status, and lastly if you were going to be a psychiatrist many of your patient be dying of mental illness...       If my perception is wrong, then you must have a low EQ, or maybe you just didn't read the manhwa very well... I suggest you read the novel and be open to the other character in the story and don't just stick to the main lead, be wise at least.
Ikr i find it really strange that people tend to forget about what is right and what is wrong if it is done by mc
Like only mc holds all value
Like you can clearly see that this dude suffered alottt but they only care about mc and keeps on saying that he shouldn't have done that like literally just wake up and think that dude never had anyone to tell him about love or whatever but instead there was a brainwashing thing that made things even worst.like i know it's just a manhwa but it really shows a reflection of human mind and psychology

Both are victims not just mc or ml. So stop this blame game and it is ridiculous how this "he stopped being a victim the moment he becomes a abuser" just as rizz said this really is ridiculous thing

(comments sections are really a biggest source of human psychology 👀👀)

@Rizz I don't side with whoever is the main character of the story, that much is proved by how much I defended the much hated male lead from 'I wont accept your regrets'. It's just that your opinion is supid and here's why: Did ML get abused? Yes. Did he get abused horribly? Yes. Did he get abused more than FL was abused? Maybe. Were his actions a traumatic response? Sure, maybe. Does that change literally anything from what he did? Absolutely not. His pain doesn't justify causing pain to others. To put it simply, my father was constantly beaten by his father (my grandfather), and when it was his turn to raise a child (me) he treated me just like he had been treated. They are both fkin abusers. ANY judge will judge basted on actions, no sane person would go and say "yeah so you r*ped/torture/manipulated this person to the point of su!cide, but you were abused by someone else when you were younger so I'll give you a pass". Grow tf up before reading manhwas with heavy themes because the way you are right now shows just immaturity and a worrying lack of proper judgement.
