Yeah, but that myth was actually Daphne fleeing Apollo b/c she doesn't want to sleep with him and ran away to avoid being forced. She prayed to her dad (I forget which good he was) to protect her from Apollo and he turned her into a tree. So...not quite the same 🤣

@KamikazeBlonde this is the world, of a korean writer in the world of a Korean writer, so there's 2 levels of variation in the story in that it's only influenced by our world, but not exactly the same.
@Rebel against the harem There are 16 slightly different variations that I know of. It's due to the fact that many a story was also word of mouth back in ye old Roman days. It's like our reboots today but more like all at once. LOL.
