Oh I see.... ML is lack of parental love and when MC is showing affection to him, it stuck right onto his heart and mind. He doesn't know what feeling is it but he keeps blushing whenever mc is paying attention to him. I think ML will be too obsess and possessive towards mc and it's definitely not good 😭 unless he recognizes his feelings first before everything else 😅
