@LOL i dont think it was oracle. This other woman that mutated inside the tank is the oracle as in maybe future sight or premonition named Vector.
Meanwhile the blind friend's power is seeing far, not the future. Thats why the monster can sense/see escapee wherever the escape attempt happen
