@Menma I just typed this out somewhere else in the comments, I was so confused so I'm trying to explain it to as many as I can now that my brainstorming's worked out... So, let's call the guy all the chapters with the fighting monsters and s*t have been about "Seonwoo 1" and the one that created the clinic in the game world (the role Seonwoo 1 had to fill upon getting teleported there) "Seonwoo 2"! Originally, Seonwoo 1 was born/created in the game world. Seonwoo 2 was born in the real world. The two of them switched places once when they are both 7 years old so that Seonwoo 2 is in the game world and Seonwoo 1 is in the real world. That's when Seonwoo 2 builds up his place of work, the clinic, and everything he knows while Seonwoo 1 lives in the real world with his parents. He (S1) plays the infamous monster slaying dungeon thing game (at the age of about 27) and when he beats it, he gets transferred into the game world, switching places with Seonwoo 2. That's when all the dragged out "present time" stuff happens to Seonwoo 1, where he gets to know Jeehee and all that good stuff. In the meantime, Seonwoo 2 is overjoyed to be back in the real world because he remembers his parents from back when/before he was 7, so we get that cutscene with him crying over the call from his mom. In the present game time, Jeehee regressed again (which is why in that afterlife sequence, Seonwoo's clock was going backwards) and made everything (at least in the game) return to how it was before him and Seonwoo 1 met. He also talked about wanting to redo that first meeting with him and doing it better this time since it kinda really spooked Seonwoo 1 last time (the whole kidnapping thing) so that's the reason why he brought flowers and was really warm and kind to Seonwoo 1 at the end. I'd like to believe they live happily ever after now. Ts so confusing, took me all my 2 braincells to figure that out.
