@xca lem nope it's not actually a boy... In Kiss me Liar and the Novel of Kiss me if you can..   you can see that It's actually a boy but He's dressiuup as a girl just like Chase did when he was small.... You can see Keith telling Yeonwoo that it's actually a boy not a girl when Pete and him came to Keith's House (and he's gonna be an Alpha as well..... Pretty sure Him and Pete are competing with e/o trying to get Keith's Son's attention who is an Omega)
