The true ending is actually NTR free: Basically, there is the original true timeline, where Ark and his harem become heroes, fight the demon lord, and live a happy harem ending afterwards. A vanilla harem fantasy story. However "glitches" occured in the system that manages the world. These glitches created alternate timelines where events occured differently, both good and bad. This manga depicts a "bad" timeline where the fake hero Yuuya is summoned and wrecks havoc with his mind control skill. In timelines where Yuuya is summoned, and Ark doesnt retake his position as hero, always suffer the absolute worst endings, for everyone. These alternate timlines also include the different routes with different endings. In one ending, Ark refuses to forgive the girls, and subjects them to fates worse than death. In another, he learns the truth about Yuuya's brainwashing skill, and eventually forgives the girls, though the damage to their relationships is unfixable. These endings usually also result in the execution or painful punishment of Yuuya. A thing to note is, when the brainwashing is broken, the girls literally go crazy as they become fully cognizant of everything that happened while they were brainwashed. When they regain lucidity, they then viciously beat Yuuya within an inch of his life. So no, none of them ever stay iwth yuuya. Though, its eventually revealed that the main heroine, Yunho, is actually the human reincarnation of the goddess. When yunho regains her godly powers, she goes about fixing the timelines, deleting glitches and bad timelines, and fixing the rest to match the OG, true timeline
