@Ecxe i believe Ian is going to choose tj and even in ts chap and the past few chap the author has hinted that very clearly.

@Ecxe ye and on that also it was hinted that how dependant Ian is on tj. He ran away becuz he knew tj wud find out and clear out for him. And on Joe, baby ion think Joe really mattered to Ian at all ATP cuz Ian chose to fck around with Joe only cuz he wanted a normal life which he cudnt claim becuz he cudnt stop thinking about the person he himself pushed away which is tj.
