they would have the motive to produce it though without charging the publisher. Webtoons/Naver (Eleceed’s official publisher) isn’t a wealthy publisher so they wouldn’t be able to produce an anime for the series under traditional circumstance.

most anime is sponsored by the publishing company of the work to increase overall sales (it’s basically an advertising campaign).
