I sense something fishy, why would you straight up advice recieving? Shouldn't it be something more of understanding preference and the likes, and with recieving he might end up a bottom for life how would he make another offspring? If It's artificially possible there's no need for this whole trouble and how would doctor have the person ready before he organises his thoughts, it's same as deciding without asking tho.
