With that dunk, glasses chick could now be in the top 10 for WNBA dunks of all time... because only 8 women in the entire history of the WNBA have dunked...

Ok so I did research and they doesn't do dunks not because they can't do it, actually most of them can do it in training it's just not viable enough in play because of the defense team. In woman basketball, the defense is more prioritiezed which lead to less success in dunks. And to add to it, it's quite dangerous to make some because it can lead to injury in both sides. "Dunking is much less common in women's basketball than in men's play. Dunking is slightly more common during practice sessions, but many coaches advise against it in competitive play because of the risks of injury or failing to score."
So she wouldn't be in the top 10 of WNBA because of her dunk, she would just be really great in artistic dunks (with judges and all) to know what's the best dunk you could make
@Heavysaur sounds like cope, but then again, idk WNBA tactics.
But *why* they don't dunk doesn't change the fact that in competitive play, only 8 women have dunked in WNBA games.
Therefore, if glasses chick were to dunk in a competitive WNBA game, she would become #9, hence in the top 10.
There is no big leap in logic here, the stats book is public you can see all 8 of the women who IRL have dunked in WNBA games. I don't think links are allowed in comments, but searching in Google "how many women have dunked in the WNBA" comes up with numerous articles about how only 8 women have made a dunk in almost 25 years of the WNBA existing....
@thicknick76 Making a dunk as a women doesn't make you top 9. The ones who did dunks are not even all top 25 (you can look it up yourself). Dunks don't make all the game, I can dunk too, but that will not make me a top WNBA, all women in pro WNBA easly will destroy me anyway I'm not a pro
@Heavysaur are you purposeful ignoring what I am saying? This isn't a novel concept, statistics have existed for centuries
There are 8 women who have dunked in a WNBA game. If she were to dunk in a WNBA game she would be the 9th, and therefore in the top 10 of women who have dunked in the WNBA. Statistics are numbers, and don't care about how skilled everyone else in the WNBA is. What matters is only 8 of them have successfully dunked in a game. What ever the reason for every other player not doing it are, the stats are there and you are just being obtuse about this.
I'm not saying she is a top 10 WNBA player, I'm saying she would be in the top 10 of WNBA players who dunk.
I'm not saying other WNBA players are incapable of dunking, just that they haven't dunked in a game
I'm not saying she would even be good enough to play in the WNBA, just that if, for whatever reason, she was playing in a WNBA game, that Stat line would make her the 9th.
I'm literally saying that if glasses girl could dunk in a WNBA game, since 10 women haven't dunked in a WNBA game yet, she would automatically become in the top 10 for dunking in a WNBA game. Literally from my first, unedited post:
"top 10 for WNBA dunks of all time"
Not 'top 10 WNBA players of all time'
You're trying to argue something I'm not claiming, and acting like I hold a position I've never stated. Slowly reread what I've said again. This isn't rocket science, children are able to grasp the concept of counting to 10, I believe in your ability to do the same.
@thicknick76 Ok excuse me i thought you said she would be top 9 player of all the WNBA I didn't think you said the 9th to do it When you wrote #9, I got confused and thought too fast sorry bro my bad
