I don't know why in this manhua they don't show male pregnancies, I've seen other manhuas where they do show pregnancies, you can even see the belly, for example in "seize my boyfriend". There you can see the big pregnancy belly of the protagonist.

China got very more strict with BL Manhua even now they censored more men's kissing or mpreg :( they consider immoral you can imagine how this authors suffer because they can't put all what they have on their own novels to a manhua comic.
I just read that the author of the novel was arrested in 2020 for selling BL novels. Maybe that's why they pay special attention to this Manhua and that's why it's heavily censored in any BL topic despite being BL.
