why did they change her name from luna to noonim

noonim is ig synonyms of noona, because he said luna noonim
"Noonim" means 'honorable/respected elder sister', like "hyungnim" is 'respected elder brother'.
Luna is the first born, so them saying "Noonim" or "Luna Noonim" basically means "Respected Big Sister Luna".
