@Potato are you on something man? Read it again buddy, no one in this manga gave birth on the a**. It differs every story smh. One manga even had the mc lay an egg from his stomach.
@Potato no in omega-verses (from my experiences) I'm pretty sure they usually have to get surgery but other then that he is supposed to come out of the tattoo😅
