I don't think Jiwon turned into Glarus, the original Nigel from the game is the one that became Glarus, we know that because him and Jiwon don't even have the same face. I think Jiwon experienced something traumatic and forced himself to forget who he really is, basically gaslighting himself that he is the real Nigel.
