The lil bro can't pull no bit**** or should I say don't want to because he found he had a skill in hypnosis and decided to torture his big bro with it and after a while he started to become obsessed with it at the point where he don't let him have his own personal love life which makes me think that he could've developed a love interest in his big bro but don't realize it yet. I also feel like Junghwi sunbae is more likely to discover this whole thing. like if you agree
