@Cee Gae I swear people like that are the worst.
I have a neighbor who raised a dog cruelly and end up eating the dog I really want to report them but I can't cuz I'm an underage and I don't have concrete prove but thankfully recently my neighbors got arrested for using and selling drugs like thank G** they really deserved that though I still want them to get arrested for animal cruelty though
