@CEEReads You lack logic and sympathy. The MC was cared for by the guy's family, basically a brother. After MC's parents stunt, it pushed the brother's father to suicide(stated in past chapters). Now this is in no way the fault of MC, however as a young child who just lost their parents, thats a reasonable crashout. His judgement is going to be clouded because he's a kid and in greif.
