Spoiler text. There is gonna be a gangrape in a few chapters. I dont know if they will include or explicitly show it in mahwa. Since many things from novel has been removed in the manhwa. And mc is gonna get hospitalized.
after some chapters it will show ml 's story in middle school with mc and his friends . The gangrape and mentions of sextape and all those and the reason why ml is doing this and that is revenge.  The novel has ended and there is no romance tag . But they do end up together like a master and his pet
