@Heisenberg r u dumb π the evidence for the redhead is foiled cuz jeoh was pretty intelligent, so the only evidence they have is related to the guy that recently committed suicide, so they assume his the murderer for everything probably since he recently committed a crime too. I'm not sure but this is from my observation.
