@... I mean it's kinda obvious they are not related since Ruby doesn't look like her parents so she is adopted but it's still disgusting of how he is acting toward her, sister by blood or adopted sister
@... It was stated (if remembered correctly) that her mom became the lover of the Pope while she was pregnant with her. I didn't remember if she gave birth to any siblings after her, but if he's the older one then they're definitely not related.
