@TeaBiscuit normally in omegaverse they dont give the baby bump to the male omegas. The Theory: The womb is positioned right against the spine, nestled behind the intestines or deep within the pelvic bowl. The Result: Because it expands backward and upward into spaces normally occupied by flexible internal organs (like the stomach and intestines), the organs simply compress or shift upward. The tough, flat sheets of male abdominal muscles never stretch out to form a "pouch."
