Tbh yes minhyuk Is toxic to people and shii but when he falls in love I think he would treat said person good, unlike ml who doesn't gaf about mc lowk. If ml really wanted the best for mc then he would have treated his leg already which is fixable. just like the doctor said, ml doesn't care what happens to mc, plus almost killed mc when he used him as bait. He just wants to see mc struggle so he can crawl back to him
