the new sacrificial MC archetype.. I don't get it; he doesn't have a real reason to die for Zaki and probably could've found an alternative if he had thought about it for a second longer, he's literally the heir to a clan of exorcists. It feels like they're filling check boxes to make the manga just a little bit angsty so more people read it.
