@Lonely Otaku from my perspective I honestly think it's to avoid the awkwardness tension that's been locked between them aswell to not scare the other person from sudden rush,especially from Lord Michele that has pulled himself back from the past of the realitionship before the further income to the castle. (My english is not good,hope it gives sense !)

@Pinky dust I have so much to say but I don't want to bore you with a long reply because you are not the author so even if I go on and on at you it won't change the outcome :((.
What I will say however is that this is r4pe. That much is clear. And that is what bothers me.
