Kinda understand what is going on it looks lile a world created by some powerful mage close to being a g** just like how mirio showed shirone when he was in thay coma and these tribes are imitations of the earth and the laws dont work when outsiders come bcz they are in essence the same being as the creator of this world meaning hold same power thats why the "laws" undergo change probably got all of it wrong but this world looks more of an immitation than the mc's world and we already have the idea of an ultra powerful mage pretending to be g** thanks to mirio she probably got that example when she came to this world
