@Mich yes please I know about the main characters just these prisoners and officers cuz they look so similar 
@Hae in basically the Mc is a pr0stitue bcz he got in depth having sick and poor parents and the debators made him get into pr0stitution to pay the money,the ml work under a Queen figure,a mean girl who was also in pr0stitution but she is sly and got married to a rich guy to get out of it but her personality is quite mean and selfish she has complex attraction and very possessive about ML and so she envies ML and MC's relationship and there's more dide characters i don't wanna get deep so basically the name is "pawns revenge" or "chess piece" bcz ml and mc are shown as pawns and the people with power neglect them and walk over them to get in higher position and use them without anycare so the ml and mc just want to live together happily in peace but they also need to get revenge to be in peace they just wanna prove that even poor people can be in love and be happy and they want all their hardships to be over and live as real people not just as pawns or peices of chess

To start from the beginning, Kim and Ahn ignored little Je-Oh when he said his father is a murderer and that ruined his future. Kim was the one who showed up at Je-Oh's door to apologize for the past, now he seems to be helping Ahn and Heesung in the murder of je oh and Seong rok. Last time it was the blonde guy who was arrested, but didn't succeed. He was the one who put seong rok in coma.

@Dcikmatized The man who committed in jail was the manager, who ruined the lives of many prostitutes. His death was the plan of Heesung just like the other murders. She is now planning to marry Ahn to gain even more power and money and to get rid of the pawns.
Officer Park once worked with manager Koo, but later started working for an anti prostitution thingy. He helped get Seong rok out of jail, and je oh helped him get a rise by finding a scapegoat for the murder, who committed suicide and the case was closed temporarily.
The new officer reopened the case that Kang once did, and he's trying to find out who actually killed the men from red light district.
President Cheon worked with Heesung and Ahn before, but decided to help the ex prostitutes and put the manager in jail, contacting officer Park to do so.
In short - president cheon ,Han Gyeol, Seong Rok and Je Oh are working together
Ahn, Heesung, Kim, the blonde man, possibly officer Park are working together
And Kang along with the new officer are trying to do the same thing, so they're working together as well
