He killed them because they were abusive. I suspect that his ability activated during the abuse and, well, the restriction for disabling his ability is to either break through theirs or to kill them.
He killed the some thief that broke into there house and his ant and uncle were traumatized by it and are in a hospital.
He killed robbers that broke intovtheyvhouse I think he only tortured his ant and uncle and there in a hospital because they suffered physically and mentally.
He was builled/abused by his uncle and aunt, it was explained in his report. But the report said the aunt and uncle died because of the robbers but i knew it was the little boy who did it after couldnt endure the abuse any longer.
