The blond guy is the violent ex boyfriend. Because he is a famous popular guy around campus their friends are not really aware of how manipulative and violent he is, they are just aware that he and MC had a lovers spat that had turned violent. He is a model and had been abroad at the start of the story but was mentioned quiet frequently in the past.
