@PX9 Easiest way to solve this is with time skip.  But I don't think this setting has that kind of time.  Of all the girls, she's the least likely to win by far, although the college friend is also very unlikely outside of a harem ending.  I don't think I've ever seen a writer have the "friend who is also interested" win in a situation like this.
