@Vive honesty I agree with you but I think she's acting like that bc she feels betrayed, she felt as if she had to go through all that suffering 
in her past life to finally EARN the love she currently have, she thought her past life was just a book after all , so it prob overwhelmed her that it was in 
fact not a book. But idk that's just what I think, correct me if I'm mistaken

@Vive I think her previous life weight so much more to her, that's why. It's a traumatic life yes but still a life she live through and cannot be undone even if her memories are stored somewhere to never  be remembered again.

And just because her life is good in the next life and she is loved and treasured, that doesn't mean she would brush her previous life off like it's nothing, that life is full of betrayal so now that Sanya and the Empress remembered her prev. Life it's like another betrayal through deception, it's understandably that Sanya would think the Empress would be atoning for her faults but as you can see Sanya was more reacting to the "the past is just a past." Because her past life does undeniably weight more in her heart.
