Okay, that is not funny at the end. Do not steal someone's clothes! That's just plain creepy. Let the man decide for himself if he wants to wear the PJs. Seriously, that whole line is not entertaining; it's annoying. Otherwise, cute arc.

@Ebonie Blackforest They are still just kids and most likely he would have agreed they just gave him a little push.
@JunkForTheSoul He cannot agree if he's not asked. They got in the bath and when he came out his clothes were just gone, replaced by that weird thing. That's not funny. If they asked and he agreed, great, that would be fine...but the kids obviously don't really care either way. It was not the children who snuck in and took his clothes. Stealing his clothes is not a 'little push'; that's harassment. And an adult doing that is just weird. Teaching kids to play pranks like that is not okay. It would have been fine if he had lifted a finger and told the kids 'never do this, you'll hurt someone' because that would be actual parenting. And that would also be a way to reflect back on the person who took his clothes and allow them an opportunity to feel bad about it and apologise. But they left it with a gag and that makes it seem okay to do things like that.
@Ebonie Blackforest Hopefully the apology is in the next chapter.

I think part of the issue is the particular clothing that was left. He'd already expressed discomfort about the animal-themed snuggies. If they'd just left him pants and a shirt, it probably would've gone over much better. You see the latter in The Galactic Navy Officer becomes an Adventurer when Alan and Ria are guests at the merchant's house.
