@TOXICREEPER yup, they just string along a few ppl like him with connections every decade or 2 to keep a good handle on info in the rest of the world b4 roland came along the tentacle ladies showed themselves to a choice few ppl through out each decade or 2. which was only to further coerce and manipulate said ppl to do as they commanded. info and travel was the only thing they valued b4 meeting roland waiting for the right time to fight the demons while building their force of soldiers, witches and finding the "key" to operate the tower thing that would zap anything they specified out of existence, like a more accurate nuke focused on a specific genetic template. now since rolands they key and only a witch can operate the thing their only real chance is follow his plans.
