@Yay I feel like it has made some progress though each arc is slowly expanding. It wouldn't feel as slow if the story was already completed and we were just reading through it but it feels slower because we have to wait a month for each chapter unlike some manoa which update each week. They're clearly making their way up to their next rank up as well Like the only way that he go any faster would be to just have him do mindless power-ups and fights with no personal development interpersonal relationships shown up or base development being done. Also wouldn't it be somewhat odd if he was just beaten out an entire dungeon in one chapter there's 50 levels of this thing they're already doing us a favor by not having an individually describe each level per chapter they're not even displaying the entire fights anymore in order to avoid padding out the story too much
