It's not like he can chose who he likes. He most probably liked Kiwoon before he got with season one mc (forgot his name). He even helped them get together, it's not that big of a deal when he wants nothing to do with him. And so what if they discover it? Yes it'll be awkward for a while but it's not like he can chose not to like him anymore. He just needs time.
