I think I know where this is going hahha I bet the heart he has now is the heart of his friend jenny. Jenny committed suicide coz of the seme and the uke is there pretending to like him and becoming his manager is part of his plan so he can take pictures and show the world the true colors of the seme. That'll be the uke's revenge for Jenny's death.
