I feel that the kid that helped the main in the past was the main love intrest which is pretty ovi, but I feel the main love intrest is mistaking the sis for the kid he helped and just maybe useing the main as a replacement rn, but just imagine the reaction the moment he realizes he was pinning for the wrong person this whole time due to believing the kid he helped was a girl, unless he is also curious if he got it wrong or sum idk.
