Anyone else feel kind of detached from the story? I feel like there's no goal. They just do things for the sake of doing things

@baysiri Reason I enjoy this story is because its a snake that is cultivating to an immortal thats the goal. What im looking forward is eventually seeing the Snakes Human form and his companions. I dont think this story is for you based on your conment if you feel detached about it.
@baysiri pray tell, why would a snake has a goal like a human do? What it needs to do is to survive.

@baysiri well survive mainly and fight thoses who fight us, there's no big goal besides that but that's an okay goal for a story tbh
