@Kissmehard Well for one, do the opposite of what they did in their last life so he can't guess their steps.

@The_Illusionist the plan you talking about need members ( to be exact core members) but the bas**** already know about their identity. He is targeting and killing them one by one. And he has the power to do so and revolutionaries are deemed dangerous and illegal in the empire.
