@yun it's played off more comedic than realistic. MC isn't being hurt, the boss will just resort to a bit of manipulation

@Dunno Right! We really shouldn't take this too seriously... Somehow it feels like a parody to many common trope bl manhwas.  I mean like scenes where they were caught red-handed in the public toilet, never seen that before, and the uke being kidnapped. In most cases the uke would be a damsel in distress and be molested a bit, but Seugnjung started a fortune-telling business instead.
