I think that the king is to blame for this mess of a situation. I mean the man has children with more than one person so obviously he's not loyal to his wife and goes around having affairs with others. The women seem to have their own reasons so I don't think it's fair to blame them. This is just my opinion so far.

@I love anime it's not an affair bc everyone women how fuc*** him new he was gonna do that they weren't cought of guard but I understand what you saying he's the king you can't really say no to him

@Lol This is true but I think turning down the king isnt generally an option in these situations.

@Lol Everyone has their reasons what if she was forced or something else you never know the reason and besides the king isnt innocent just like the queen isn't who knows what had happened in the castle of the royals lots of things happen

@Littlepeanut_1369 and also it based on history old rules and you also know some how many wife King have you can't apply modern rules here because then it will disrupt the story like in succession war if a prince killed should it will be investigated or sentence other prince to death 
It's weird but don't apply modern rules just read according to flow of story
And sometime king or sometime queen force to arrange marriage for their kingdom mutual benefits
