In my point of view I think the MC isn't really a Pedophile due to his upbringing as an orphan caused to not properly experience love and as of now he had only received love from his Master which is platonic. So his behaviour and personality speak against it but also consider that transmigration is technically rebirth just in another universe so wouldn't he experiencing childhood again developing a childlike mindset all over again just that this time he has the knowledge of his past life to help him. And the manhwa mentioned that he hadn't even reached puberty yet and from what I know you don't develop a sexual desire until puberty.
