I know this is really awful... But personally I'd just let the brother die... He was going to die anyway sh** happens. And like all the hospital is going is keeping him stable he's not getting better or worse and they can kill him at any moment. I love Simon sm but he was going to die anyway! Or I would just be selfish and kms because I'm not doing this to either of them
