@Kang yuna honestly its probably becuase in some countries they allow people to post/show intimate thing like kissing and others it only depends on where you post it some have rules and some don't or the artist will show you the uncensored version if you pay a monthly membership like Ruhtless its a great Gl Manhwa but you need to pay to see the uncensored stuff it just depends on the artist.
