From the novel Helios will make a deal with Hess to stop the petition and Kael will get the title of Duke. Hess will agree to this but Kael took things into his own hands to destroy the temple. The deal was for Hestia to stop with the Petition but not Kaelus so our ML will have the title of a Duke while plotting with Hestia to bring the Preist and Diana down
