My theory (its kinda stupid but its my observations)

I think top guy is a emotional sad***. Remember at the first time they yk he was crying? He asked to see his face, When he pretended to spill coffee and bottom guy flinched. I know da** well that dude smirked. I also think he likes it when bottom guy feels guilty. I have a bunch more scenarios but i forgot them. My theory is pretty stupid especially since i only have this much evidence.
