Eh... now he's losing me a bit. You shouldn't go murdering people who don't agree with you or who don't believe in the philosophy of justice. Just because they don't think that Miroslav should die for her actions doesn't mean that you should murder them. Of course, Miroslav deserves to die so he should still execute her in the woods but do it when she's alone so you don't hurt other people. Deal with the rest of the party with words and mockery after the fact, just like they used words and mockery and then the revenge will be both complete and just.
