This reminds me of a manga thag is also still ongoing😅..I kinda forgot the name of it.. well there is this two classmates.. One(Kaori) is outgoing (somewhat hides and puts up a front) the second one is a writer and guilty from what happened 3-5 years ago.. She taught she was helping a fellow schoolmate but ended up hurting them. Now Kaori have a lung illness... And wanted to help the mc.. and prevent her from killing herself.. She them persuade MC and she offered and suggested them to go out and so the mc can write their romance... Man my theories from this manga literally makes me wanna cry :')... So then Kaori fell inlove and admired mc while mc still isn't sure about her feelings... Events hapown in the story.. The mc fell for Kaori (she fell harder to be precise)...
