@Cute bunny bro at this point if it's been going for so long he's such a pu*** to not confess and wth you mean with "just your voice is a little messed up". If you think you like him that much confess but you should probably wait until the last days of school in case he decides to confess even though he seems like such a piece of sh** and if you confess the last days of finals you won't see him afterwards and it won't be embarrassing if he denies his feelings but girly it's obvious he likes you but seems like an ass**** tbh sry.
