@Alex he is ranked 4 in the tower. Only Phantaminum, Enryu and Jahard are said to be stronger than him. He has always disliked tower politics and was only interested in finding a way out of the tower which is why his organization is behind the scenes and involded in so many experiments. Enryu is the only being to decimate all life on an entire floor and kill a guardian which is where the power of the torn fragment comes from. Phantiminum is said to have raided Jahards castle and beat every top ranker easily but spared Jahard.
